Neil Crudden
Neil started his recruitment career in 1999 and has become a well-known, highly respected figure within the technical recruitment sector. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of CRG TEC, he is often the first point of call for customers serious about recruiting within the telecoms industry, specialising in the delivery of network solutions across both mobile and FTTP. Within CRG TEC, Neil acts as Key Account Director for clients ranging from Tech Track 100 rapid-growth companies through to global corporations. He has played a key role in building and scaling recruitment functions and is hugely passionate about doing the right thing by both customers and candidates. Outside of work, it’s all about football (retired), Everton FC (infuriating), playing the guitar (rock), and travelling the world with his family and friends.
Stephen Morris
Stephen is the Co-Founder of CRG TEC alongside Neil. He hails from the beautiful County of Fermanagh in Ireland. Degree educated in Business Management, he’s been in recruitment since 2011 and brings vast experience to your hiring process. Stephen has built a wealth of knowledge around Critical Infrastructure & Smart Cities projects and supports clients across the end to end acquisition, design, build, deployment, support and management of critical infrastructure. He works as an extension of his clients’ teams, helping them attract and retain talent in one of the US’s most competitive markets. His style is straightforward, honest, and consultative — no sales fluff, just what works. Stephen also leads the strategic direction, business development, team leadership, finance, operations, talent development, and brand and marketing of CRG TEC. Outside of work, he recharges on the coast or in the countryside with his dog, Finn.
