Neil Crudden - Managing Director
Neil started in recruitment in 1999 and has become a well-known, highly respected figure within the UK technical recruitment sector. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of CRG TEC, he is often the first point of call for customers serious about recruiting within the UK telecoms industry, specialising in the delivery of network solutions across both mobile and FTTP. Within CRG TEC, Neil acts as Key Account Director for clients ranging from Tech Track 100 rapid-growth companies through to global corporations. He has played a key part in building and scaling a number of recruitment functions and is hugely passionate about doing the right thing by customers and candidates. Outside of work, it’s all about football (retired), Everton FC (infuriating), playing the guitar (rock), and travelling the world with his family and friends.
Stephen Morris - Managing Director
Stephen is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of CRG TEC alongside Neil. Originally from County Fermanagh, he moved to Liverpool to study a degree in Business Management before starting his recruitment career in 2011. His role spans strategic direction, business development, team leadership, finance, operations, talent development, and brand and marketing.Alongside shaping the business, Stephen stays hands-on as Recruitment Director across Critical Infrastructure. He works as an extension of his clients’ teams, helping them attract and retain talent in one of the UK’s most competitive markets. His style is straightforward, honest and consultative — no sales fluff, just what works. Outside of work, he recharges on the coast or in the countryside with his dog, Finn.
Alex Mander - Associate Director
Alex’s recruitment career began in 2011. With over a decade of experience, she now CRG TEC's Associate Director. She develops and implements operational excellence and best-in-class recruitment processes across the business. She also leads CRG TEC’s bid management function. Alex heads up the Built Environment Solutions division, operating across facilities management, asset optimisation, and clean energy infrastructure. She acts as Account Director for clients within these sectors, offering strategic recruitment guidance, industry insight, and partnering with senior-level professionals looking for their next move. Outside of work, Alex spends her time with her children and enjoys discovering new independent restaurants and bars in her hometown. To balance out her foodie side, she’s usually running, in the gym, or out on the water.
Joe White - IT Recruitment Consultant
Joe is our MSP & IT Recruiter at CRG TEC. He spends his days sourcing top talent across the industry, placing candidates into both MSPs and internal IT departments. With a strong network in his sector, he helps clients grow their teams efficiently and with the right people. Joe believes his work ethic, resilience, competitiveness and confidence—shaped through sport—give him a solid foundation to excel in recruitment. Outside of work, Joe is an avid football fan who supports Everton and plays as a defender for Ashton Athletic. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
Callum Crawford - Critical Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant
Callum started in recruitment in 2022. At CRG TEC, Callum covers Critical Infrastructure Recruitment and spends his time building relationships with candidates and supporting them with their next move. Callum prides himself in setting out to deliver the best possible standard of service to all stakeholders, whilst acting as a trusted partner to candidates & clients alike. Callum supports placing the right people into the right roles & works alongside customers to ensure businesses can rely on CRG TEC as a Talent Partner. Outside of work, Callum casually enjoys various sports including football & often enjoys travelling whilst spending time with family.

Sophie will take your name and details, understand the nature of your call, and connect you with the most relevant consultant across our UK or US teams. This allows us to respond faster, route enquiries more intelligently, and make sure you’re supported by the right expert from the very first interaction.
